Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong attention to detail. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Perform drywall repairs and finish work to ensure smooth surfaces before painting. Execute residential and industrial painting projects with precision and care. Work with stucco and concrete finishing techniques as required. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and welders to complete projects efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the project duration. Qualifications Proven experience in various painting techniques including residential, industrial, and construction painting. Familiarity with caulking methods and materials is preferred. Knowledge of drywall installation and finishing is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering excellent results. Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
