In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance their durability, and ensure a polished, professional appearance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and creativity while contributing to high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, stucco application, and drywall finishing to create smooth surfaces for painting Operate construction equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites Skills Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques Proficiency with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, masonry tools, and power tools including drills and sanders Experience with plastering, stucco application, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, welding and concrete finishing is highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project scope and material needs Familiarity with renovation processes including remodeling and restoration work on various construction sites Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
