The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and the ability to work on both residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow specifications and plans accurately. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes.
MUST HAVES
Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, 5+ years Painting Experience, and References Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Perform construction painting on various structures including walls, ceilings, and trim. Utilize hand tools effectively to achieve desired results in painting tasks. Collaborate with other construction site workers to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects. Skills Experience with construction site protocols and safety measures. Knowledge of residential painting techniques and color theory principles. Strong understanding of hand tools used in painting and construction work. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
