Job Summary We are seeking skilled craftspeople to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, stain, or other finishes to various structures and surfaces by brush, roll and spray. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Painter will also assist with renovation projects and collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming) for painting. Apply paint, stain, and coatings with precision and efficiency. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors. Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Experience with hand tools and equipment commonly used in painting tasks. Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
