What You'll Be Doing You'll come in as an apprentice and learn the trade the right way — from experienced painters who are invested in your development.

The expectation is simple:

show up, stay coachable, and give it everything you've got. Master all phases of residential painting — prep, application, and finish work — for interior and exterior projects Execute alongside your crew leader to hit deadlines and deliver results that clients rave about Absorb everything you can from the experienced professionals around you Represent Mindful Painting with professionalism and genuine respect in every customer's home Own your workspace — keep it safe, clean, and organized What We're Looking For This role isn't for everyone — and that's intentional. We're looking for someone who: Is hungry to learn and doesn't wait to be told twice Takes ownership of their work and holds themselves to a high standard Communicates well and makes the team around them better Is reliable — shows up on time, every time, ready to work Holds a valid driver's license and has dependable transportation Experience in painting is a plus, but it's not what we're hiring for.
