We specialize in interior and exterior residential and commercial painting, as well as sprayed and specialty finishes, and we've been serving Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties since 2019. What You'll Be Doing As an experienced painter, you'll hit the ground running. You know the trade — we want you to bring that expertise and make us better. What does showing up professionally mean to you — beyond just arriving on time? Do you have reliable transport to get yourself to and from work at various sites around western Massachusetts? How would you go about painting walls, ceiling, and trim in a standard 12x12 bedroom? Assuming 2 coats on walls and ceiling that was previously painted, with a handful of nail holes and dings that need patching. Assume there's 2 doors, 1 window, and 4" baseboard for trim. Please describe the steps you would take to complete that project and roughly how long it would take you. How long have you been painting professionally, and what types of projects have made up the bulk of your experience? (Residential, commercial, interior, exterior, specialty finishes, etc.) What does quality work mean to you, and how do you make sure you're delivering it — even on days when the schedule is tight or conditions aren't ideal?
