We're hiring experienced painters to work on unit turns, common areas, and general property work on an ongoing contract basis. This is 1099 work. You set your schedule, we keep you busy. What You'll Be Doing Painting and prepping interior units between tenants. That includes walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets. You may also be called on for exterior touch-ups, common hallways, stairwells, and light prep work like patching and skim coating. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in residential or commercial painting. You should be able to work independently, show up on time, and complete a unit without hand-holding. Own tools and reliable transportation required. We need people who can move fast without cutting corners. Turns have deadlines, and we expect clean, professional results. Qualifications and Skills Experience working in occupied multi-family buildings Willing to communicate through our work order system Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Detail oriented, resourceful, and hardworking Self-starter with good organizational skills Basic computer skills, email and internet Able to lift and maneuver 50 lbs Must pass a background check Requirements Valid driver's license with dependable transportation Available for ongoing contract work with consistent volume Compensation Paid per unit or per project on a weekly cycle.
