In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help bring visions to life, enhance property aesthetics, and maintain the integrity of various surfaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine project scope and specific requirements for each job. Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, masonry work, and restoration to create a smooth foundation for painting. Estimate materials needed for projects through construction estimating techniques and ensure proper use of resources. Collaborate with team members including carpenters, masons, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and quality standards. Experience Proven experience in residential painting with a solid understanding of color theory and surface preparation techniques. Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial painting projects on construction sites. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and spray equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with construction estimating processes for materials and labor costs. Background in related trades such as carpentry (trim framing), masonry (stucco), plastering, or welding is a plus. Prior work experience in renovation or restoration projects is highly desirable. Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship! We value safety, precision, creativity, and teamwork—qualities that drive our success in transforming spaces into inspiring environments.
