We're looking for dependable, skilled professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and safety. What You'll Do Perform surface preparation and painting on bridges and related steel structures Safely operate and maintain painting equipment and tools Follow all OSHA and company safety standards Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors Qualifications Previous experience in industrial or bridge painting required Familiarity with safety protocols, rigging, and containment systems Ability to work outdoors and at heights Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within
