Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and finishing, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential properties. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting while ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and cleaning as necessary. Apply paint, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. • Repair and maintain surfaces by performing tasks such as drywall repair and caulking . Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to painting and surface preparation. Assist with removal and installation of fixtures prior and after painting.
Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance person industry. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail.
