Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking skilled and/or motivated House Painters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential and commercial spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship, detail-oriented work, and contributing to transformative projects. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and restoration work to ensure smooth finishes. Execute specialized painting tasks such as industrial painting or masonry coatings on various surfaces. Install fixtures, moldings, trim carpentry elements, and perform renovation or remodeling projects with precision. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects. Skilled in or experienced in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders and equipment such as airless spray guns. Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate hues for different spaces. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and experience working on renovation or remodeling projects. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; basic math skills are essential for measurements and calculations. Experience with plastering, drywall finishing is a plus. Strong handyman skills including maintenance tasks and general construction knowledge are highly desirable. Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
