Job Description:

Innovation Painting & Remodeling is hiring a Residential Painter to join our team in the Greater Portland, Maine area. Painting experience is valuable, but to us, attitude matters just as much. We can teach and develop painting skills over time. What You'll Be Doing:

Exterior and interior residential painting Prep work including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming Maintaining clean, organized jobsites Working in clients' homes with care and professionalism Following company standards for quality and customer experience Growing in skill and responsibility over time Our work is done in clients' homes, so professionalism, respect, cleanliness, and presentation all matter. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a company that values quality, takes the customer experience seriously, and holds itself to a high standard.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Valid driver's license required Ability to work full-time Ability to perform physical work on ladders and on your feet throughout the day Minimum 3 years of professional Painting experience (Please feel free to apply to our Painter's Apprentice job listing if you have less than 3 years of professional painting experience)

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
