Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of painting and labor tasks on construction sites, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial painting and be comfortable working in various construction environments. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Execute commercial painting tasks using various techniques, including airless paint spraying. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications. Perform frame carpentry tasks as necessary to support painting projects. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various labor tasks. Apply caulking to seal gaps and ensure a professional finish. Assist with concrete finishing as required for specific projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling projects efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial painting or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading is highly desirable. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely. Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques is a plus. Experience with concrete finishing is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols on the construction site.
