We are dedicated to enhancing the beauty and value of our residential apartments and townhomes through skilled craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Apartment Painter to join our growing team.
Job Description:
 As an Apartment Painter, you will be responsible for painting and maintaining the interiors of apartment units, ensuring a high standard of workmanship. Your role will involve preparing surfaces, applying paint, and completing projects efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching. Apply primer and paint to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Ensure color matching and achieve a uniform finish. Remove and reinstall fixtures, covers, and hardware as needed. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations. Maintain a clean work area and manage paint and supplies responsibly. Communicate effectively with property managers. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter, with a focus on apartment or residential painting preferred. Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Good communication skills and professional demeanor. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry materials up to [specify weight]. Comfort with working at heights and in various conditions. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
