Painter/Laborer

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and general labor tasks. This position involves working on a variety of projects, including construction painting, remodeling, and carpentry tasks. Possibility of pay raise after 30 day probationary period dependent on skills displayed during such time.

• Duties:

• Perform painting duties such as preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and applying paint to various structures
• Assist with carpentry tasks including fixture installation, frame carpentry, trim carpentry
• Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise work
• Conduct construction painting on both interior and exterior surfaces
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting and general labor tasks
• Familiarity with construction painting techniques and materials
• Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints
• Proficiency in carpentry skills such as frame carpentry, trim carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
