The positions comes with comprehensive benefits package available after 90 days. The position is a 40 hour a week job with rotating on call duties. Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge of apartment/building systems and maintenance preferred. 2. Positive attitude and good verbal and written communication skills. 3. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, co-workers, supervisors. 4. Reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies. 5. Valid driver's license. 6. Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly. 7. Availability to respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call work orders. 8. Availability to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. 9. Available to cover on call duties as assigned. 10. Ability to pass a criminal background check. 11. Basic tools required for maintenance. 12. Available to clear snow from sidewalks. As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in our ability to meet these expectations. As the representative of our company to the residents, our Maintenance technicians maintain the physical condition of each property and daily work orders. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, general maintenance of all buildings, completing resident work orders, maintaining curb appeal, and preparing apartments for new move-ins.
