In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint and finishes to the exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help transform and protect structures, ensuring they look their best and stand the test of time. You will also be provided on site training if just interested in work in general Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing as needed to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints and stains using various techniques including brush and roller. Utilize hand tools safely and efficiently to complete painting projects on time and within scope. Conduct surface inspections to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary touch-ups or corrections. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris in accordance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects.
