Experienced Painter / Skilled Laborer (Interior & Exterior)

MacFarland Painting is hiring an experienced painter who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to perform. We are a professional painting company focused on quality, efficiency, and customer respect. If you cut corners, show up late, or need constant supervision, this is not the job for you. We're looking for someone who knows what they're doing, works clean, and can be trusted on a job site.

What You'll Do:

Complete full prep work (sanding, scraping, patching, masking, protecting surfaces) Paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers with clean, consistent results Handle interiors and exteriors at various heights (ladders required) Follow project instructions while working independently when needed Maintain a clean, organized job site Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners Complete jobs on time without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of painting experience (residential preferred) Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong attention to detail (clean lines, proper coverage, no shortcuts) Comfortable on ladders and working at heights Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision Positive attitude and respect for clients' homes Bonus Skills (Not Required): Carpentry or wood repair Cabinet painting or fine finish work Staining experience
