We are currently seeking highly skilled Painting Subcontractors to partner with us on high-end residential and commercial projects throughout the Michigan market. We handle the sales, design, and project management—you provide the elite craftsmanship.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in professional painting with a portfolio of high-end residential or commercial work.

Legal Compliance:

Must have a valid Michigan Maintenance & Alteration (M&A) License (or appropriate trade license) and an active LLC.

Insurance:

Must carry active General Liability and Workers' Comp insurance (COI required before start).

Equipment:

Must own professional-grade tools (airless sprayers, HEPA vacuums, high-end brushes/rollers).

Quality Standard:

Obsessive attention to detail in prep work (sanding, caulking, masking). We provide "Level 5" finishes for our clients.
