Premiere Property Services is a leading property service and renovation company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Painters —either W-2 employees or subcontractors—to join our growing team. This position involves completing high-quality painting projects at various locations throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in both interior and exterior residential painting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior painting on multi-family homes and mobile home units. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming as needed. Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Maintain clean and organized work areas on each job site. Complete assigned projects at multiple properties each day with a focus on quality and efficiency. Ensure all work meets company standards and adheres to safety protocols. Communicate clearly with supervisors, property managers, and team members.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial). Knowledge of proper surface preparation and finishing techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional results. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. W-2 or 1099 (subcontractor) positions available.
