Painter/Foreman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting, caulking, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. If you are proficient with painting, knowledgeable in carpentry, and adept with hand tools, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
• Apply paint or other finishes using various methods including brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Perform minor repairs on walls and other surfaces before painting
• Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
• Follow work orders to ensure contracts are executed properly
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painter in construction or related field
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Experience with carpentry or maintenance person tasks is beneficial
