Professional Painter

```Duties```

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and sanding surfaces
• Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
• Repair and restore damaged or worn surfaces
• Use airless paint spraying equipment for large-scale projects
• Work with drywall, including patching and repairing as needed
• Perform trim carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and crown molding
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete painting and carpentry tasks
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary ```Qualifications```
• Proven experience as a painter, including knowledge of various painting techniques
• Proficiency in using airless paint spraying equipment
• Familiarity with drywall repair and installation techniques
• Basic carpentry skills, including trim carpentry and frame carpentry
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
• Strong understanding of basic math concepts for measuring and mixing paint quantities
• Ability to read schematics and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of color theory and the ability to create harmonious color combinations
