This position involves
HIGH END AND RESIDENTIAL REPAINTS
painting projects, requiring a strong understanding of various painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should possess a solid knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality results on every project. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, or other equipment Perform drywall repair, plastering, and trim carpentry as needed for surface finishing Install fixtures, moldings, and trim with precision and attention to detail Operate power tools safely and effectively for various painting tasks Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site Commute to jobs in Rochester Hills, Lake Orion, and Surrounding Areas Experience 5+ Years experience in residential painting or commercial painting projects Hands-on experience with hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, brushes, rollers, and power tools including airless sprayers equipment Must have reliable transportation Starting pay depends on experience Join our team if you are passionate about house painting and eager to contribute your skills to diverse projects.
