Since then we have grown a ton. At this time we are wanting to grow to the next level. In order to do that we need to hire more staff. We work on single family jobs as well as Capital Improvements projects on Multifamily and Commercial properties. Our company offers room to grow. There is opportunity for advancement from Operations to Sales positions. We are looking for highly skilled Painters, who can manage a team, stay on task and work within a budget. After a probation period of 60 days we do a review. We will access your position and role. We do provide tools also we do a match IRA to help you get to your retirement goals. We do a wide variety of work from cedar siding replacement, full garage and addition framing and windows and doors. To interior remodels, sheetrock, paint and tile. We remain constantly busy and typical have overtime available in the summer. We are located in the north metro but jobs are all around the cities. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and related labor tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes on both residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Perform stucco and plaster restoration work to maintain the integrity of surfaces. Utilize hand tools effectively for caulking and other finishing tasks. Collaborate with team members on painting projects to meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Light construction Some drywall and drywall finishing Skills Proficiency in various painting techniques and materials. Familiarity with maintenance person tasks related to home improvement. Strong skills in caulking for sealing gaps and joints effectively. Proficient use of hand tools required for painting and labor tasks.
