Painter

Overview I'm looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join my team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse sites, develop your skills in painting techniques, and contribute to high-quality maintenance efforts. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers Perform construction painting tasks on residential sites with attention to detail and safety standards Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications No experience needed, training provided Ability to use hand tools (brushes, rollers), power tools (sprayers), and specialized equipment for painting and home maintenance Willingness to learn about surface preparation techniques such as power washing, caulking, etc. Ability to understand technical instructions related to client preferences Hard-working and dedicated Experience in home painting or construction is a plus but not required Have reliable transportation Be able to work full-time this summer Join my team to bring homes to life through expert painting techniques!
