Caulking Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and motivated Painters to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. No previous experience is required; paid training will be provided. Must be 18+.Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections prior to painting
- Caulk gaps and seams to ensure a smooth and seamless finish
- Install fixtures and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for painting tasks
- Familiarity with caulk application techniques
- Experience with stucco application is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
