Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking 2 motivated and skilled Painters to join our painting crew. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure high-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your craft, and contribute to beautiful, lasting environments. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine project scope and specifications. Perform specialized painting tasks including construction painting, industrial painting, restoration work, and stucco application. Execute surface preparation techniques like caulking, plastering, masonry work, and drywall finishing to achieve smooth finishes. Install fixtures such as trim carpentry, molding, or other decorative elements as needed during renovation or remodeling projects. Maintain safety protocols on construction sites while handling tools like scaffolding, welding equipment (if qualified), and concrete finishing tools. Requirements Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a solid understanding of construction estimating principles. Strong knowledge of color theory to select appropriate hues and finishes for various environments is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless spray equipment safely and effectively. Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and fixture installation is highly desirable.
