• 50+ Per Hour Equivalent True North Coatings is seeking experienced painting subcontractors to partner with us on residential exterior painting projects throughout Southeast Minnesota.

We are looking for established painting professionals who operate independently and are interested in receiving additional project opportunities without the need to generate their own leads, estimates, or sales appointments. Project Scope Subcontractors may be offered residential painting projects involving: Exterior house painting Surface preparation and repairs Priming and finish coat application Airless spray application Brush and roller work Specialty coating projects Projects are located primarily within approximately 60 miles of Rochester, Minnesota. Travel throughout Southeast Minnesota should be expected. Subcontractor Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional residential painting experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to project locations throughout Southeast Minnesota Own painting equipment and tools, including ladders, sprayers, brushes, rollers, drop cloths, hand tools, and related equipment necessary to complete contracted work General liability insurance preferred Ability to provide references and examples of previous work Strong attention to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Compensation Compensation is based on a percentage of project labor revenue.

Typical payout structure:

• 25% of project labor revenue Higher percentages may be available for experienced subcontractors with proven production capabilities Payments are issued upon completion of agreed project milestones and final project acceptance

Examples:

$5,000 labor project = $1,000

• 1,250 payout $8,000 labor project = $1,600
• 2,000 payout $12,000 labor project = $2,400
