This role involves interior and exterior painting along with basic drywall repair and finishing. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, has a positive attitude, and works well in a team environment. If you believe in doing the job right the first time and delivering excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting using proper techniques (brush, roller, spray when applicable) Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, patching, and priming as needed Perform basic drywall repairs including patching holes, cracks, nail pops, and minor texture matching Mix, match, and apply paints, primers, stains, and protective coatings Use caulk, joint compound, putty, or plaster to repair surfaces prior to painting Identify proper materials and quantities for each project Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards Perform daily maintenance and care of tools and equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial painting Drywall repair experience required (basic to intermediate) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between job sites Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment Dependable, punctual, and detail-orientedSimilar remote jobs
