Shift:

Employees work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40-hour workweek 15% shift differential for 2 nd shift

Key Responsibilities:

Load and Unload Parts:

Handle various-sized parts with care and precision.

Masking and Plugging:

Prepare parts by masking areas that need protection.

Powder Coating:

Apply powder coatings to parts, ensuring coverage and quality.

Inspect and Package:

Check finished parts for defects and prepare them for safe shipment.

Labeling and Identification:

Properly tag and identify parts to maintain organization.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

Experience Required:

1+ years exp in powder coat painting is essential.

Reliability:

Strong time management skills and punctuality are a must.

Team Player:

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Positive Attitude:

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive outlook.

Physical Stamina:
