We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented painters to join our crew for the summer season. . Whether you're a seasoned pro or an eager learner with some experience, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces — scraping, sanding, patching, and priming Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces Follow proper safety precautions according to OSHA regulations Protect furniture, trim, and landscaping with drop cloths and masking tape Clean and maintain brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Communicate professionally with homeowners and crew leads Requirements Ability to work outdoors in warm weather for extended periods Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooftops Reliable transportation to job sites Strong attention to detail and a pride in clean, quality work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Punctual and dependable — consistent attendance is essential Compensation & perks Competitive hourly pay with opportunity for bonuses and raises All tools and materials provided 40-hour work weeks throughout the summer Positive, team-oriented work environment Potential for return employment and advancement
