We're not a "just painting" company — we're a professional remodeling company first , and we expect a higher level of quality, consistency, and accountability from our team. What We're Looking For We're hiring an experienced painter who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and understands what it takes to get jobs done fast, clean, and done right the first time . This is not an entry-level position . Responsibilities Interior & exterior painting (residential & rental properties) Prep work: patching, sanding, caulking, masking, covering Clean, straight cut-in lines (no tape reliance) Rolling walls/ceilings efficiently with consistent finish Cabinet painting experience is a plus Job site cleanliness and protection (no drips, spills, or damage) Working within deadlines—especially during property turnover periods Requirements 2+ years professional painting experience (not DIY) Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality Reliable transportation & valid driver's license Shows up on time, every day (non-negotiable) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a crew Must be dependable during high-demand turnover periods What Sets This Job Apart Steady, year-round work Organized systems and clear expectations Work with a company that values quality and efficiency Who This is NOT For People who cut corners Inconsistent attendance or frequent call-ins Painters who need constant supervision Anyone who doesn't take pride in clean, professional work How to Apply Reply with: Your experience (years + types of projects) Recent job history Availability Contact number
