Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Painter(s) to join our team. This role involves completing high-quality interior and exterior painting projects for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional job site. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas before and during painting Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Assist with residential and commercial painting projects from prep to final touch-ups Identify surface issues or repairs needed before painting begins Clean, store, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment properly Follow project timelines, company quality standards, and safety procedures Work efficiently with crew members and communicate professionally with supervisors and clients Complete touch-ups and final walkthrough tasks to ensure a high-quality finished product Qualifications Qualifications Previous painting experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and effectively Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work on ladders and be on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varying conditions Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
