QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older and must complete the district-required background check
REPORTS TO
Lead Painter or Director of Maintenance if Lead Painter is not available
REQUIRED PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist all painters in painting, prepping, and cleaning up any areas being painted 1. Follow instructions and complete tasks based on the instructions given 3. Be capable of completing tasks to prep for painting, including moving some furniture as needed, taping of areas to be painted, repairing minor drywall issues, and cleaning up areas of splatter and overpaint locations. 4. Getting along with all coworkers and personnel during work shifts
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Temporary Summer Position. Salary $15.00 per hour.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND VISUAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. Additionally, the employee may occasionally be required to push or lift up to 25 lbs. as necessary for the safety and well-being of others. Lastly, this job requires the employee to have the vision ability to read handwritten or typed materials, and meet multiple demands from several people while interacting with other staff and the public.
