Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic painting team. Must have some prior painting experience with the willingness to learn and grow your skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse sites, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and contribute to the visual transformation of buildings and structures. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment, or power tools. Power washing Utilize hand tools such as scrapers, putty knives, brushes, rollers, and power tools including sanders and sprayers to complete painting tasks efficiently. Maintain safety standards on construction sites by following protocols related to scaffolding, and proper handling of chemicals or hazardous materials. Perform touch-ups or repairs during ongoing projects or post-completion inspections. Indoor and outdoor work, weather permitting.
