Experience:

Equipment Mastery:
Ability to safely use and climb ladders. Experience with paint sprayers and power washers is a significant asset.
Versatility:
Skilled in using hand tools for prep work and finishing.
Reliability:
You must have reliable transportation and a consistent work ethic.
Environment:
