Requirements:

Proven painting experience (experience is a must) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Must have your own hand tools Reliable transportation Professional attitude and ability to work on residential job sites Preferred (but not required): Residential repaint experience Ability to prep thoroughly (scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, etc.) Clean, efficient work habits
