Painter Type:

Regular Working Hours:
7am-3:30pm Weekdays)
Pay Range:
$20.00 - $35.00 / Hour (Dependent on experience)
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of this role are to paint new construction homes, repaint residential spaces, carry out touch-ups and warranty calls, and occasionally paint commercial spaces. Tasks within these, as well as additional responsibilities, include:
- Cutting in/brushwork
- Rolling
- Prepping walls (Sanding, spackle, etc.)
- Prepping newly installed trim-work (putty, caulk, sanding, and repair work where necessary)
- Masking, building spray booths
- Spraying finishes (primarily on trim work but may also help spray walls/ceilings)
- Maintaining company spray pumps
- Staining and clear coating (lacquer, polyurethane, etc.)
- Utilize various ladders and scaffolds
- Painting exteriors (Primarily trim and doors by hand, but also occasionally larger exteriors that may require spraying)
- Floor coatings
- Depending on experience, may also carry out cabinet projects The individual applying to this role will be expected to contribute to our company culture of teamwork , proficiency , and positivity , and comply with all D&D Policies and Procedures in the employee handbook.
