- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and protect surfaces from wear and environmental damage. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment—including airless paint sprayers—and hand tools Perform surface preparation tasks such as, taping, masking and caulking. Operate power tools and hand tools safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to maintain an enjoyable work environment. Skills Minimum of 6 months of painting experience. Experience in residential painting (interior and exterior). Experience with exterior staining projects. Proficiency with hand tools such as scrapers, brushes, rollers; power tools including sprayers; and specialized equipment like scaffolding or lifts Proficiency with all prep work. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and maintenance procedures Ability to work well with other team members.
