This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for someone experienced, reliable, and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing residential and commercial painting projects from prep to finish Surface prep (sanding, caulking, drywall touch-ups, priming) Interior & exterior painting Maintain clean, organized job sites Communicate clearly with homeowners Help coordinate workflow and guide crew members when needed What We're Looking For Strong residential painting experience Ability to work independently and stay on task High attention to detail — clean lines and proper prep are a must Leadership mindset with the ability to run a job site Reliable transportation Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up consistently Pay & Perks $22-$28/hour depending on experience with opportunity for raise after 90 days Consistent hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30/5 PM No weekends After 90 days: Health insurance stipend Paid time off About Us We're a tight-knit, family-run company focused on quality over volume.
