We are looking for dependable crews who can work efficiently, maintain quality workmanship, and help prepare units for new residents. This is ongoing project based work with opportunities for recurring assignments as additional units become available. Scope of Work Interior repainting for vacant units Wall prep, patching, sanding, and touch-ups Painting walls, trim, doors, and common areas Move-in ready/detail-oriented finishing Maintain clean and professional work areas Compensation Compensation is structured on a per-unit/per-turn basis — not hourly or daily pay Standard unit payouts vary based on scope, condition, and project requirements Consistent work opportunities available for reliable crews Requirements Previous residential painting experience required Must have your own painting tools and equipment Reliable transportation Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Ability to meet project deadlines Subcontractor crews and independent painters encouraged to apply We Provide Paint and project materials Clear scope of work and scheduling Professional working relationship Opportunity for ongoing work Preferred Experience Townhome turns Apartment turnovers Residential repaints Make-ready / punch-out work
