Operate ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and spray equipment safely and effectively. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations on every project. Requirements Proven experience in multifamily painting, apartment turns, residential repainting, or construction painting. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
