Surface preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, and masking metal parts before powder coating application.
Powder selection:
Choosing the correct powder coating color and type based on project requirements.
Powder application:
Operating a powder coating spray gun to evenly distribute the powder on the surface of the part.
Quality control:
Inspecting parts for defects, ensuring proper coating thickness, and addressing any issues.
Curing process:
Loading and unloading parts from the curing oven to achieve proper finish.
Equipment maintenance:
Performing routine cleaning and upkeep of powder coating equipment. Powder Coat, Waste Water
