We're looking for a skilled interior painter who can balance quality and speed while helping us turn apartments into fresh, move-in-ready homes. Who We Are We partner with property management companies to complete move-out assessments and rental turnovers —getting units ready for new residents quickly and professionally. We operate with three specialized teams : Maintenance Team

• handles repairs and functionality Paint & Drywall Team
• that's you, bringing the walls back to life Cleaning Team
• delivering that final polished finish Each team plays a critical role in the same mission: fast, high-quality unit turns that residents notice immediately.

What You'll Do Perform interior painting (walls, trim, doors, touch-ups, corner to corner) Handle basic drywall repairs and prep work (patching, sanding, caulking) Work efficiently and with urgency to meet tight turnover schedules Coordinate with Maintenance and Cleaning teams to keep projects flowing Help ensure every unit is clean, consistent, and move-in ready What We're Looking For Experience in residential interior painting & drywall repair Ability to work fast without cutting corners Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss) A mature, dependable, and accountable work ethic Comfortable working as part of a team-driven system Someone who wants more than "just a job"—you're interested in growing into leadership as we promote from within Why Join Us?
