Painter

Overview Join our team as a Painter this summer who is hard-working and can commit to this role. You will be responsible for painting the exterior and interior of houses, while also staining decks and fences. Your skills will help enhance the aesthetic appeal and value of various properties while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Execute residential and commercial painting projects using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes with precision. Perform restoration and renovation work, stucco application, masonry touch-ups, and fixture installation. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction site experience. Requirements Good communicator and hard worker. Not afraid of heights and able to work on ladders, while potentially carrying 50 lbs of equipment. Open to learning on how to be proficient in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, plastering tools, and power tools, including airless sprayers. Able to handle 40-hour workweeks. Flexible schedule. Full commitment.

Pay:

$17.50 - $24.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
