Requirements:

2+ years painting experience preferred Knowledge of proper prep work including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and surface protection Experience with brushing, rolling, and airless spraying techniques Ability to cut clean lines and produce high-quality finishes Understanding of paint products, finishes, drying times, and application methods Ability to identify and correct surface imperfections before painting Comfortable working on ladders and completing physically demanding work Reliable transportation Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work Supportive team environment
