Job Description

If you have experience in facility maintenance we are interested in talking to you!
Prefer:
Painting experience required. A minimum of one year experience in the senior living industry, hospitality or multi-family housing. Ability to read documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must have:
Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical heating & air conditioning mechanical equipment and systems. Must have good english written and verbal communication skills. Possess a high degree of interpersonal relation skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Must have a considerable amount of initiative, judgement and leadership skills. Must possess strong organizational skills. Must demonstrate an understanding of the aging process and the skills required to effectively communicate with seniors.
Pay:
$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
