What You'll Do:
Own projects from prep to final coat across interior and exterior spaces Deliver high-quality finishes using sprayers, sanders, and specialty techniques Repair and prep surfaces (drywall, wallpaper, caulking, patching, sanding) Consult with campus partners to plan finishes, timelines, and project details Mix and match coatings to achieve precise color and finish standards Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe worksite Support other trades and coordinate with contractors as neededWhat You Bring:
3+ years of commercial painting experience Strong knowledge of coatings for various surfaces (including weather-exposed metals) Ability to read plans, estimate materials, and manage projects independently Skilled in surface prep, specialty finishes, and detail work Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and customer servicePhysical Requirements:
Work at heights (ladders/scaffolding up to 20+ ft) Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, climbing)Requirements:
