Immediate At Surface Masters LLC , our mission is to create an extraordinary experience and finish for our clients. Our work ranges from commercial buildings to upscale residential homes. We are currently seeking an Experienced Professional Painter with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior painting for both commercial and residential projects Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, patching, caulking, and priming Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Maintain a clean and organized work site with a focus on safety and professionalism Collaborate with team members and follow direction to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional painting experience Proficient with painting tools; ability to operate a spray machine is a strong plus Ability to work on high ladders and scaffolding Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Proper Work Authorization Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
