Painter and power washer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter and Power Washer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and utilizing power washing equipment to ensure properties look their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential renovations to commercial building maintenance. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing as needed using hand tools and power tools Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes with brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment or power washers Operate power washing equipment to clean building exteriors, concrete surfaces, decks, and other structures efficiently and safely Read blueprints and schematics to determine project scope and specifications for renovation or restoration projects Perform caulking, plastering, stucco application, and trim carpentry to ensure smooth finishes and proper sealing Assist with construction estimating by assessing materials needed for painting or cleaning projects Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following protocols Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and power washers Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, renovation, restoration or construction painting projects Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, masonry work, framing carpentry, trim carpentry and fixture installation Ability to work on construction sites with experience in construction site safety procedures Strong understanding of color theory for accurate color matching and finishing touches Handyman experience including caulking, drywall repair, concrete finishing or welding is a plus Join us to bring vibrant transformations to life!
